How to Use Gmail Canned Responses

You use your account and want to send a message to several different email, it's very difficult when you have to perform multiple tasks in order to move or copy and paste it to send to others. Google makes it easy for you to set up what is called "Canned", allows you to send one message to many different email in a simple way.
Perform the following actions:
Log into your Gmail account into the account settings on the jagged top right corner of your window. In the settings page, click on the "Labs" tab on the horizontal menu near the top.

In the "Search for a laboratory", type "Canned Responses" and press the "Canned Responses". You scroll down the page to determine its location. You select the "Enable" radio.

You click on the "Save Changes" and you will be redirected to your main inbox. Then click on the "Compose" on the left top of the page.

Then you can compose messages you want to send.

And click on the "More Options" reverse triangular

On the menu that appears, point "Canned Responses" using your mouse cursor and menu will appear. On the menu bar appears, click on "new boxed words ..."

On the pop up window appears, enter a fancy name for "canned Meet your" and then click on "OK". Then you can close the window "Compose" and "Canned Responses" your ready.

To use a canned response, click the "Compose" in step 5 above and then click on the "More Options" in step 7 above.

On the menu that appears, locate the "Canned Responses" and hover over it using your mouse cursor. Click the name of your canned response created in the "insert" option on the menu that appears on the left side and the reaction will be inserted.
